                                         DoggyBizzNizz Limited - Pet Care Policy


  • We welcome pets that are deaf, pets with special requirements, pets that require regular medication or injections and pets with special diets.
  • We welcome Brachycephalic breeds – we own a French Bulldog so are aware of the many issues that may present and limitations during exercise and hot weather.
  • Our Pet Care Service is suitable for all domestic pets - dogs, cats, small animals, fish, birds & reptiles.
  • Preferably all dogs accepted will be friendly, sociable, non aggressive and non destructive!
  • Ideally all dogs must be fully vaccinated (including Kennel Cough, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis & Parvovirus) and on a regular flea and worming regime.
  • Pet Sitting/Visits - This service includes all pet care such as feeding, providing fresh water, company, exercising, welfare check, cleaning up pet mess, emptying litter trays etc plus opening/closing of curtains, putting lights on/off, putting bins out, watering plants, putting post safe etc. Please ensure that adequate supplies of food, litter, cleaning materials etc are available.


Our Pet Care Service Policy incorporates our personal choices for pets accepted.

DoggyBizzNizz Limited - Terms & Conditions


“DoggyBizzNizz Limited promise to provide the best standard of care that we can for your pet.”



By agreeing to use DoggyBizzNizz Limited’s Pet Care Service (Pet Sitting/Dog Walking/Pet Taxi/Small Animal Boarding), customers agree to the following terms & conditions:



  • Our policy is for general guidance and may be amended at any point in the future.
  • Acceptance of our Terms & Conditions include agreeing to our Pet Care Service Policy.




  • A ‘Meet & Greet’ consultation is required, prior to reservations, for all new clients.
  • Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter may incur additional fees which you will be advised of at the time of booking.
  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before commencement of service.



  • Pet Sitting/Visits - £8.50 per 30 minutes (Additional pets from the same household - no charge!)
  • Overnight Home/Pet Sitting - £30
  • Dog Walking - £8.50 per 30 minutes (Additional dogs from the same household - no charge!)
  • Pet Taxi – £17 per trip plus any applicable mileage costs.
  • Pet Chaperone Service - £17 per hour plus any applicable mileage costs.
  • Mileage charges may be applicable for Pet Sitting/Dog Walking depending on your location. No charges are made for a journey within a 10 mile radius of the Service Provider’s home addresses – LL12 8JD.  Above this threshold, we will charge £0.40p per mile.
  • Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter may incur additional fees which you will be advised of at the time of booking.



  • All bookings cancelled within 14 days of commencement of service will be refunded in full.
  • All bookings cancelled within 48 hours of commencement of service will be payable in full.
  • Any bookings that are cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours before the start date of the booking, will require 50% payment for services.
  • If DoggyBizzNizz Limited cannot provide the service agreed, we will do our best to arrange an alternative, unless in extreme circumstances, where we will endeavour to give 24 hours notice.


         Behaviour & Aggressive Animals

  • The client agrees to be responsible for all costs (including but not limited to medical care, legal fees, etc) if the client’s pet(s) should bite another animal.
  • The Client agrees that on booking services for their pet(s) that they have represented that the pet(s) to have not shown aggression or caused harm, or threatening behaviour to any individual and/or any pet(s), and the client agrees to contact DoggyBizzNizz Limited as soon as possible if any of these behavioural changes presents itself or if it has the potential to cause harm to any individual or pet(s).


         Unforeseen Purchases

  • In the event that additional items need to be purchased in the absence of the client – i.e. pet food, litter or other necessary items that contribute to the health and wellbeing of your pet, DoggyBizzNizz Limited will purchase these, retain a receipt and the pet owner is responsible for reimbursement of these items on their return.



  • Please inform us of any changes regarding your contact numbers, your pet’s care needs, your emergency contact details and other pertinent information.
  • A ‘DoggyBizzNizz Limited Visit Report Card’ is completed during every Pet Sitting/Visit/Dog Walking activity to keep you informed about your pet(s) welfare. The report card will remain at your house.


         Privacy Policy

  • All of your information will be kept private and confidential.
  • DoggyBizzNizz Limited highly respects our clients’ entrusting us with the care of their pets.
  • All of our records will be stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) 'GDPR is a regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data & privacy of EU citizens for transactions that occur within the EU member states' DoggyBizzNizz Limited would like to reassure all our clients that we respect your privacy and do not store any personal data electronically. All client information is treated as confidential, privileged information and not disclosed to anyone.
  • Photographs of your pet may be published on the DoggyBizzNizz Limited website and/or Facebook Page for marketing purposes, subject to your consent.



  • DoggyBizzNizz Limited has valid public liability insurance, for the peace of mind of our clients. Public Liability Insurance up to £1 million worth of cover in case of injury or damage to a third party or their property caused by our business’s actions or by an animal in our care.
  • Care, Custody & Control - Up to £50,000 worth of cover is provided for the animals in our care (up to £25,000 per animal) in the instance of accidental loss, injury, illness or death of that animal in our care, custody or control of that of any of our staff.
  • Non-Negligent Cover - Similar to the Care, Custody and Control benefit, we are also covered for accidental loss, injury, illness or death to an animal in our care during the course of service delivery through no fault of our business.
  • Key Cover - In the event that we lose a client’s keys, we are covered up to £10,000 for new keys, replacement locks, the cost of re-setting intruder alarms and associated call-out costs.
  • Our pet business insurance policy is valid anywhere in the UK and covers the following business activities: Dog Walking, Dog Training, Pet Behaviourist, Pet minding, sitting and boarding, Pet Taxi and transporting (UK only), Grooming and Microchipping.
  • The insurance only covers the pet for the duration of the selected service, and only for services arranged with DoggyBizzNizz Limited.
  • We recommend that you purchase your own separate pet insurance.



  • Please provide secure collars with appropriate ID tags for all dog walking activities. Please also provide an appropriate lead/harness/coat etc. Please also provide waste bags and a towel would be useful during wet weather!
  • All dogs will be walked with a lead unless the off leash disclaimer is completed.




  • A ‘Veterinary Authorisation’ form must be completed.
  • DoggyBizzNizz Limited will follow instructions to administer existing medications as directed but cannot be held responsible for complications that arise as a result. A ‘Permission to administer medication’ form must be completed.
  • If any member of DoggyBizzNizz Limited  are bitten or exposed to any disease or ailment received from the clients pet(s) which has not been properly or currently vaccinated, the client will be responsible for all costs and damages that may be incurred as a result.
  • We require details of any pre-existing conditions and reserve the right to consult a Vet should we feel it necessary.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to care for any pet that is clearly unwell or in a very poorly condition.
  • We reserve the right to exercise our discretion whether or not to walk your dog(s) in extreme weather conditions.




  • In the unfortunate circumstance that your pet should die during the time they are in our care, we will contact you immediately and endeavour to accommodate any requirements that you may have.
  • In the event that we are unable to contact you or the emergency contact, we reserve the right to contact your Vet and make suitable arrangements. You will be responsible for all costs incurred.




          Changes to return date (Pet Sitting clients)

  • DoggyBizzNizz Limited carefully schedules our time to serve you and our other clients, therefore, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last minute changes to pet care.
  • In the event that the client is delayed on return, they must inform DoggyBizzNizz Limited immediately. We  will use our best endeavours to make alternative arrangements for continued cover, even when  DoggyBizzNizz Limited is unable to continue with care following the assignment end date.


          Property Security

  • Please complete a Property Security/Key Release Form
  • No liability can be attached to if a third party shares access to your property or pet(s).
  • If you have a cat flap please fill out a “Cat flap disclaimer” form.
  • Insurance - Key Cover. In the event that we lose a client’s keys, we are covered by our Insurance up to £10,000 for new keys, replacement locks, the cost of re-setting intruder alarms and associated call-out costs.
